Dwayne has been the lead pastor at Wellspring Church since 2007. The church was founded in Charlotte, NC. He is a board member of Acts 29 Network he is Director for Pastoral Care. Alongside his pastoring, Dwayne has a passion for developing the new generation of Biblical counselors. He is a part of the Biblical Counseling Coalition's Board. He is the author of several online publications and a contributor in Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Transforming Lives with God's Changeless Truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne's wife Leslie has three children.
